Stroller Strength Held at Jaycee Park Moms of all levels with babies and older children perform strength and conditioning exercises to build strength, manage healthy weight and restore your core. Please Bring Water Sunscreen Stroller and baby carrier .

Older kids can participate or play. Bring things like balls, bikes etc for older kids to enjoy the outdoors while you exercise .
